PDFD LTD (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website pdfd.co.uk (the “Website”) and purchasing our products or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.


About Us
PDFD provides printed goods and a file preparation service to make customer files print-ready. We operate in compliance with UK consumer protection laws.


Orders & Payments
•  All orders must be placed through our Website. By submitting an order, you confirm all details provided are accurate and complete.

•  Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept most major debit/credit cards.

•  Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

•  We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.


Printed Goods
•  While we strive for accuracy in our printed products, minor variations in colour and print quality may occur due to production.

File Preparation Service
•  Our print-ready file preparation service ensures that files meet printing specifications.

•  We will make necessary adjustments based on industry standards, but we do not proofread or modify the content unless agreed.

•  It is the customer’s responsibility to review the final file before approving it for print.

Delivery & Shipping
•  Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

•  We use third-party couriers and are not responsible for delays once an order has been dispatched.

•  Customers must inspect goods upon arrival and notify us of any issues within 48 hours.


Cancellations & Refunds Policy (UK Law Compliance)

Printed Goods
Due to the custom nature of printed goods, cancellations and refunds are only permitted in the following circumstances: Before Production: If you cancel your order before production begins, you will receive a full refund. Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, you are entitled to a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item and provide photographic evidence.
Orders that have been printed correctly according to the customer-supplied design and specifications are non-refundable.

File Preparation Service
•  Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are not available once the file preparation work has begun.

•  If you are dissatisfied with the service, we will work with you to make reasonable revisions, subject to the agreed scope of work.

Right to Cancel
(Digital Services Only)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a digital service within 14 days of purchase unless work has begun with your consent. By placing an order for our file preparation service, you acknowledge that work may commence immediately and waive this right.

Intellectual Property
All designs, templates, and content on our Website remain our property. Customers retain rights to their original designs but grant us a limited license to process and print them.

Limitation of Liability
•  We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services.

•  Our liability is limited to the value of the order in cases of product defects or service errors.

Privacy & Data Protection
•  We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy: pdfd.co.uk/privacy.

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, United Kingdom.
